Night Splints:

We make custom fitted night splints here in our laboratory at Bantry Dental. These are rubber covers which sit over the lower teeth and help protect your teeth against the effects of tooth grinding. You can choose from soft or hard or a hard/soft combination. They are also proven to help with jaw joint problems and migraine.
